*Event Cancelled*Blue Emu: Kid’s Paint and Snack in Marine Park on September 18

Join the party in Marine Park and paint this cute and cuddly blue emu.  Kids will follow simple steps to paint their new pal.  While children enjoy creative time with friends outdoors in our beautiful park, they also learn and practice many acrylic painting techniques. This composition offers opportunities to blend, layer and mix colors to build this feathered friend.

Your young artists will surprise themselves with their ability to paint this beautiful, cheery bird with the help of outlines and clear and patient guidance from the lead artist. This composition is great for all ages, 5 up to adults, because it offers a lot of flexibility, and provides opportunities to practice many techniques creating the different textures found in this beautiful composition.

Kids will be proud to display their vibrant canvas paintings of this fun and friendly, emu.  In Marine Park @ Stuart Street and Avenue T.  You can find us under the shade of the big tree, painting, snacking, and soaking up the sunshine! All participants enjoy a snack and a (juice box or water) while they paint.
