Fun in the Sun: Kids’ paint and snack in Marine Park!

Bring the kids out to join the party in Marine Park and paint this fun and summery beach scene.  Kids will follow simple steps to paint this nautical still-life with flowing water.  While children enjoy creative time with friends outdoors in our beautiful park, they also learn and practice many acrylic painting techniques. This composition offers opportunities to blend, layer and mix colors to build this beautiful beach painting.

Your young artists will surprise themselves with their ability to paint this cheery, summer setting of flip flops in the sand with the help of clear and patient guidance from the lead artist. This composition is great for all ages, 5 up to adults, because it offers a lot of flexibility, and provides opportunities to practice many techniques creating the different textures found in this beautiful composition.

Kids will be proud to display their vibrant canvas paintings of this fun and energetic ocean scene.  In Marine Park @ Stuart Street and Avenue T.  You can find us under the shade of the big tree, painting, snacking, and soaking up the sunshine! All participants enjoy a snack and a (juice box or water) while they paint.
