What happens at a Shell Star Studio paint and sip party?

We paint, sip, snack and socialize!  Bring your favorite drink, yummy snacks, and good friends.  Shell Star Studio will provide canvases, paints, and all materials needed to guide guests to create lasting memories while also creating your own masterpiece to take home.

How long does the party last?

Generally adult/ teen paint and sip parties last between 2-3 hours, depending on the painting. Kids paintings usually take 1-2 hours.

What should I bring to a Shell Star Studio Paint and Sip in the park?

Bring your favorite beverage to sip, your favorite appetizers to pick, and your favorite people to join in the fun.

What should I bring to paint and sip event at a private venue?

When an event takes place at a private venue that sells food and drinks, no outside food or drinks are permitted.  Please enjoy the refreshments available for purchase at such paint and sip events.

What happens in the event of inclement weather for outdoor public events?

Weather is monitored on a daily and hourly basis.  If rain is expected all guests will be contacted a few hours before their class to reschedule by accepting the rain date for that party or choosing another public event to attend.

Can I sit with my friends even though we bought tickets seperately?

We will do our best to keep everyone together.  Let us know who you are planning to paint with, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your seating requests.  The earlier we know, the more likely we are to be able to arrange seating for you and your party. Let us know when you make your reservation who you plan to sit with or have them write your name when they book their reservation. 

What if I am running late for a class?

Even if you are running late, still join us! Our artist will do their best to catch you up or help you to create your own masterpiece with the remaining time.

What should I do if I have to cancel my reservation? What happens to my reservation?

In the event that you are unable to attend a class for which you reserved tickets, reservations can be transferred to a future event only if 48 hours notice is given.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, as well as missed classes are subject to no refund or reschedule.
